Building on MassCEC's 2023 Powering the Future workforce assessment, Julius Education conducted a 2025 Labor Market Research Project to create the Massachusetts Clean Energy Labor Market Intelligence (LMI) Hub — a compilation of real-time, Massachusetts-specific insights about clean energy careers.

These insights help educators, employers, workforce boards, and individuals make smarter, faster, and more equitable decisions about training, hiring, and career navigation.
